Chapter 4: AgilityBMS Introduction

 

The Workspaces tab can be accessed by any AgilityBMS Administrator (document or system). The purpose of the Workspaces tab is to allow the user to access all item creation and task management features in one place.


Workspaces Tab


The Workspaces tab contains the following functions:


  • Home – Navigate back to the Home page/Welcome tab (Section 3.1.2)
  • Item Query – Search the system and its content (Section 3.1.4)
  • Item Queries – Saved Item Queries to be used in Content Sections, Overviews and Navigators
  • Process Map – Create and configure Process maps (Section 4.1.8)
  • Overview – Create and configure an Overview diagram with the use of the Microsoft Visio plugin (Section 4.1.9)
  • Person – Create and configure Person (Section 4.1.10)
  • Role – Create and configure Roles (Section 4.1.11)
  • Risk Evaluation – Create and configure Risk Evaluation (Section 4.1.13)
  • Risk Control – Create and configure Risk Controls (Section 4.1.15)
  • Risk Evidence – Create and configure Risk Evidence (Section 4.1.16)
  • Risk Hazard – Create a new Risk Hazard (Section 4.1.14)
  • Risk Matrix – Create a new Risk Matrix (Section 4.1.12)
  • Document – Create a new Document (Section 4.1.7)
  • Group – Create and configure Groups (Section 4.1.17)
  • Glossary – Create and configure Glossary (Section 4.1.18)

  • Content Sections – Content Sections will consist of Item Queries and/or Groups to be used in Overviews
