3.1.2 Welcome Page
In addition to the Ribbon Tabs there are a number of tabs at the level below the ribbon which show all current or the most recent Workspaces related activity and a quick menu on the left hand side which contains the most frequently used functions in AgilityBMS.
Welcome Page showing My Tasks – My Tasks tab shows all Tasks assigned to the Administrator by another Administrator of Agility
Tabs across the main panel allow quick access to most various tasks and items in AgilityBMS, there are seven tabs on the welcome page; of which the first is shown above. The remaining tabs are shown below.
Welcome Page showing My Recently Created Items – My Recently Created Items in the past 7 days, up to 50 results, created by you
Welcome Page showing Recently Released Items – Recently Released Items in the past 7 days, up to 50 results, Released Items by all Administrators
Welcome Page showing Recently Withdrawn Items – Recently Withdrawn Items in the past 7 days, up to 50 results, Withdrawn by all Administrators
Welcome Page showing Recently Updated Items – Recently Updated Items in the past 7 days, up to 50 results, by all Administrators
Welcome Page showing Failed Periodic Reviews – Periodic Reviews which have Failed in the past 7 days, up to 50 results, by all Administrators
Welcome Page showing Reports - This provides access to the various Reports available
Any Item, Report or Task can be accessed by clicking on the relevant result list row.
