4.8 Subscriptions

4.8.1 Introduction 

 

Once created, all items in AgilityBMS can be set up for People, Roles or Audience Groups to be subscribed to Items. The purpose of subscribing people to items is to ensure that Items have been read and acknowledged by the people who need to know the content and details.

 

Subscriptions can be used to:

• Create a New Subscription Group of Items

• Edit an Existing Subscription Group of Items

 

It should be noted that creating or editing the Subscription for an individual Item can be done:

During the creation on an Item - Refer to Section 4.1.5

After the Item has been created - Refer to Section 4.3.13

 

The Subscriptions can be managed via the Subscription Icon which is located in the Task Management section of the Workspaces Tab.
