User Suite error message - Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage:





User Suite error message - No Service could be found at (Service Address):




User Suite error message - Service Unavailable - HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable (check Application Pools - Step 5 below):




Solution:
  1. Login to the server where the Agility Application is held.
  2. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
  3. Find the Web Site where Agility is listed under and make sure that the Web Site is Started. If it is not, right click, Manage Web Site and select Start.
  4. If step 3 was not the issue, try the next level up for the server name itself, to ensure that IIS is set to Started. If not, right click and select Start.

  5. Lastly, if the Application Pools are Stopped, click on Application Pools, select the Application Pool. right click and select Start.
