2.0 Agility MOC Admin Suite Module



2.1 Agility MOC Module Settings Introduction

 

In order to access the Modules tab section of the Admin Suite it is necessary to be a System Administrator. The Modules tab allows the System Administrator to configure the functionality of both Agility MOC Module.


The MOC Module settings are only available to System Administrators with MOC Module Privileges.

The MOC Module tab contains the following functions and settings:


  • General Option – define the titles for the various roles within MOC, define numbering prefixes for Change Requests and Actions, confidentiality settings
  • Task Review Settings – configure the settings for how long a task runs and the reminder and repeat reminder settings
  • Source Types – define the drop down list of sources for Change Requests
  • Change Types – define the drop down list of types of Change Requests
  • Change Durations – define the drop down list of durations of Change Requests, defaults include Temporary and Permanent
  • Action Types – define the drop down list of types of Change Requests Actions
  • Actual Impacts – define the tabs that appear in the Change Request close out screen that enable the recording of the actual impacts that the change has caused.
  • Coordinators – enables the Users within the system that are allocated the responsibility of Change Request Coordinator

When first opening the MOC Module Settings tab the following warning message is displayed:

Note that it is not advisable to change any information in the MOC Module Settings unless the System Administrator is fully aware of what the implications on the system will be.
