2.8 Actual Impact Types

The Actual Impact Types define the tabs that appear in the Change Request Close Out screen that enable the recording of the actual impacts that the change has caused within the organisation, business or process. There is no limit to the number of Actual Impact Types that be entered; however, it should be noted that the drop down list needs to be usable therefore careful consideration to the number of Actual Impact Types needs to be taken into account.

In addition an Actual Impact Type can be disabled from being presented in the drop down list.
