2.10 Contacts
The Contacts page allows access to the list of all AgilityBMS Users with their email addresses, phone numbers and extensions.
To open Contacts:
- Navigate to Main Menu (top of the screen)
- Hover over the Information button (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click on the Contacts label.
To filter Contacts:
- Specify Name/Email/Phone/Extension/Primary Role in the top text boxes
- Press Enter (result are filtered)
- OR select and click a letter at the bottom of the page (results are filtered).

To view a Contact:
- Navigate to Main Menu (top of the screen)
- Click on the Contacts icon
- Select required Contact
- Right-click on the Contact (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click View Contact
- Alternatively after step 4, click the View Contact label.

To email a Contact:
- Navigate to Main Menu (top of the screen)
- Click on the Contacts icon
- Select required Contact
- Right-click on the Contact (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click Email
- Alternatively after step 4, click the Email label.
Note that if the Contact has an Email address assigned it is possible to send an Email through the User Suite. This functionality may not be available if a mail client is not set up. When the Internet Explorer Security message is displayed click Allow.
To View Item Details:
- Right-click on the Item (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click View Item
- Click on the Item Details tab.
Person Item Details
To view Item History:
- Right-click on the Item (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click View Item
- Click on the Item History tab.

Note: By using the filtering buttons you can filter the information presented, for instance you can view the History of a previous Revision or the History of all Revisions.
To view Item Feedback History:
- Right-click on the Item (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click View Item
- Click on the Item Feedback History tab.

Printing a Person Item:
- Right-click on the Item (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click View Item
- Click on the Print Icon (top right corner).
Please note that contacts are not printed to PDF but open a print dialog box.
Add the Person to your My Documents.
When adding a Person to your My Documents it will appear in the list of your My Documents:
- Click the Add to My Documents icon on the toolbar in the top right hand corner.
Submit Item Feedback for a Person.
You can submit Feedback about the Item as follows:
- Click the ‘Feedback’ icon on the toolbar on the top right hand corner.
