2.8.1 Submit Feedback
The Submit System Feedback option and Feedback Categories are configurable and may not be available based on the settings specified by the System Administrator.
Feedback can be submitted against:
- System as a whole (User Suite)
- Specific Item (see Section 2.8.1.2).
2.8.1.1 Submit System Feedback
To Submit System Feedback:
- Navigate to Main Menu (top of the screen)
- Hover over the Feedback button (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click on the Submit Feedback Label (if available)

- Select Feedback Category from the drop down menu (if available)
- Type in text
- Click Submit.

Note feedback categories are configured during system build and maintained by System Administrators.
2.8.1.2 Submit Item Feedback
To Submit Item Feedback:
- Advanced Search (search for required item)
- Specify Search Criteria
- Search
- Select required Item
- Right-click on the Item (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click Submit Feedback
- Alternatively after step 4, click the Submit Feedback Label
Search Results Grid
- Select Feedback Category from the drop down menu (if available)
- Type in text
- You can also add an attachment file to the Item Feedback by clicking Select files..., locating and choosing file (you can only attach 1 file with a maximum size of 15MB)
- Click Submit.
