2.2.1.1 Recognising Secured Items

 

If an Item is displayed with a padlock icon to the left of the Item it indicates that the Item has been secured or is restricted.

2.2.1.2 Access to Secured Items

 

Gold Padlock - Indicates the user has access to the Item.

Access Allowed

Note that hovering the mouse cursor over the Gold Padlock will cause the following message to appear 'This item has restricted access and you are allowed to view it'.

Silver Padlock - Indicates the user has no access to the Item.

Access Denied

Note that hovering the mouse cursor over the Silver Padlock will cause the following message to appear 'This item has restricted access and you are not allowed to view it’.
