Within Risk Evaluations it is important to understand the response types for the risk, therefore within Risk Management Functionality of AgilityBMS you can define a drop down lost of risk evaluation response types.

It should be noted that the response types have 2 levels; with the types at the top which having the following defaults (which can be edited and added to if required):

Each of these response types can have multiple response items below them.

To manage the Risk Evaluation Response Types and Items

3. Click OK (Risk Settings Warning Message Window is closed)

Add New Evaluation Response Type




1. If you want to add a new Evaluation Response Type then click Add (the Title field at the bottom of the screen with now be blank)
2. Enter the title of the Evaluation Response Type
3. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).




Edit Evaluation Response Type




1. If you want to edit a Evaluation Response Type then select the relevant item
2. Edit the title of the Evaluation Response Type
3. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).



Change Order of Response Types




1. You can change the order of that the Evaluation Response Type appear in by clicking the Move Up or Move Down buttons.
2. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).



Delete a Response Type


1. You can delete an Evaluation Response Type if you do not require (note that it can only be deleted if its not in use on Risk Evaluations)
2. Click Delete button
3. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).

Add New Evaluation Response Type Item
