5.13.2 Risk Settings - General Options

 

Some organisations utilise the fields within their risk management controls:


        • Code
        • Impact
        • Frequency


These fields can be switched on or of. It should be noted that if the fields are switched on then they are not mandatory.


To manage the General Option:


    1. Navigate to the System Tab
    2. Click the Risk Settings Icon (warning message is displayed)

              3.  Click OK (Risk Settings Warning Message Window is closed)

    1. The default for the Code / Impact / Frequency is Disabled
    2. If required Enable the setting by selecting the radio button.
    3. Click Save or Save and Close.
