5.9.3 Add New Form Login

 

To activate Login:

    1. Navigate to the System Tab
    2. Click the Login Manager icon

There are two options to adding a Login within AgilityBMS, which are as follows:

  • Integrated Login - this is a login that is integrated with the Active Directory within the organisation. Refer to Section 5.9.2
  • Form Login - this is a login that is associated to individuals with the Active Directory within the organisation - this would be used to add people as Users that sit outwith your organisation.


New Form Login


    1. Click the Add New Form Logins icon (Add New Form Login window appears)

Add New Form Login Window - General Tab

 

    1. Define the Username (ensure that the Username is unique; however AgilityBMS will prompt you if the Username is already taken)
    2. Define the Email Address; ensuring that the Email Address is valid
    3. Define the System role for the User, this can be: User (the normal choice for a Form Login), Document Administrator or System Administrator
    4. Define the Privileges required: i) If required Document Control Override in the Privileges section. ii) If required Management of Change Module in the Privileges section
    5. Select Details Tab.

                 1.  Enter all information known (Forename and Surname are mandatory)

                 2.  Click OK to save the New Form Login.


Please note that it is recommended that a Person Item is created for the User to have full access to the User Suite and that it is mandatory if this Login is going to be used as a Document Administrator/System Administrator account. For more information see Section 4.1.10.
