New Login Mapping Options
- Select Person Mapping Option (by default the Do not map this login is selected)
Note that there are three different ways of mapping a Person to Activated Login:
- The easiest way is to select Create a new Person using information from Active Directory (where the system will automatically create a Person item, associate it with the Logins and Release the Person Item (if all details are valid and no Number is required))
- If a Person Item has already been created in the Admin Suite, the activated Login can be mapped to the existing Person Item by selecting the Map to existing Person option (where the Person Item is to be located with the use of Query function)
- By keeping the Do not map this login option selected, the System Administrator will have to create a Person Item, associate the activated Login to this Person and Release the Person Item as the User will not have access to the User or Admin Suite unless this process is competed
- Select Create a new Person using information form Active Directory (easiest way of creating Login)
- The Sync from AD tick box is ticked by default and ensures that in the future, any changes made to the Person's Login in the Active Directory are updated within AgilityBMS as well
- Click Save (Login is created).
