5.8.2 Reassigning Item Ownership Roles using Bulk Reassignment

 

To manage General Options:

    1. Navigate to the System Tab
    2. Click the Bulk Reassignment icon

Reassign Item Ownership Roles Window


    1. Select the name for the Current Role Holder

    1. Select the names of Person/s you want the Item Roles to be changed to, please note that once you select one Person that you can select the option "Apply To All" if you want to have this Person fill all of the Item Ownership Roles

    1. Click Update.
