5.6.4 Manage Process Map Options
Print Options – This determines where Activity Supporting Information will be printed, where the Legend will be printed and whether the Process Map starts at the top of a new page.
Viewer Actioner Mode – This determines how the Actioners are displayed in Process Maps.
Render Mode – This determines how the Activities are displayed in Process Maps.
To manage Process Map Options:
- Navigate to the System Tab
- Click the System Options icon (System Options window is displayed, the General Options tab is opened by default)
- Click Process Map Options tab

- There are various options with regards to how the Process Map prints as a PDF; these include:
- The Supporting Information for Process Map Activities can be printed under each activity or group together at the end of the Process Map
- The Process Map Legend can be printed at the start or the end of the Process Map.
- You can define if you want the Process Map Swimlanes to start on a new page so that the summary information is shown on the first pages.
- View/Edit Viewer Actioner Mode (by default the Classic View is selected)
- View/Edit Render Mode (by default the Classic Render is selected)
- Click OK to save any changes.
