5.6 System Options

 


5.6.1 Introduction

 

The System Settings tab is used to configure:

      • General Options allows configuring the Instance Options, Feedback Categories, Company Logo, Digest Email Error Digest. See Section 5.6.2 for more information.
      • AD Options specifies which fields in Active Directory are used to populate fields in the Person Item. See Section 5.6.3 for more information.
      • Process Map Options allows the configuration of the Process Map Viewer Actioner Mode (i.e. the style displayed in the User Suite) and the Process Map Render Mode (i.e. the PDF version form the User Suite). See Section 5.6.4 for more information.
      • Swimlane Themes allows the configuration of specific colour themes for Process Map Actioners. See Section 5.6.5 for more information.
      • User Suite Item Options allows configuring of the maximum number of Items displayed per page in the User Suite results grids. See Section 5.6.6 for more information.
      • User Suite Options allows the configuration of the User Suite Menu Navigation and Task Threshold settings. See Section 5.6.7 for more information.
      • Search Type Settings allows the configuration of what Advanced Search Item Types are available in the User Suite as well as configuration of what Quick Search Item Types are available in the drop down list in the User Suite. See Section 5.6.8 for more information.
      • Dynamic URLs allows the configuration of the Dynamic URL links which enables easy access to locations outside AgilityBMS when creating Dynamic URL links. See Section 5.6.9 for more information.
      • Custom Notifications allows the configuration of Subscription Email Notification text and Subscription Task Notification text. See Section 5.6.10 for more information.
      • Customised Reports allows the configuration of Analytical Data Reports. See Section 5.6.11 for more information.
