5.5.7 Manage Primary Ownership Role Control
The Primary Ownership Role Control tab enables an Item Role to be defined as the Primary Role that will be displayed on the search results grid table in the User Suite. For instance this enables an Item Role such as "Owner" to be clearly defined in the User Suite search results grid table which could enable Users to have better tractability to the Owner of an Item within Agility.
To manage User Suite Connection:
- Navigate to the System Tab
- Click the System Settings icon (warning message is displayed)

- Click Primary Ownership Role Control tab

- Select an Item Role from the drop down list of the Item Roles defined within the system. (No Ownership Role is the default in the system)
- Click Save if you wish to make further amendments to the System Settings or click Save and Close if you do not wish to make further amendments to the System Settings.
