5.4 Item Workflow Settings

5.4.1 Introduction

Once the Item Roles have been set up, the Item Workflow Settings are used to set up the workflow of AgilityBMS Items.

Advanced Workflow

The Configure Advanced Life Cycle Stages is divided into three tab areas, as shown below:

These settings pertain to the Tasks created when sending an Item through the Life Cycle and allow each stage to have different settings.

Basic Workflow

The Configure Basic Life Cycle Stage is for Feedback and avoids Review and Approval workflow, as shown below:

These settings pertain to the Feedback Tasks used for Users submitting feedback against an Item.
