4.5 Reports
4.5.1 Introduction
To enable Administrators to get the most out of AgilityBMS there is a reporting function accessible from the Welcome Screen. They are shown in the Reports tab of the main screen.
There are three standard reports available (with more to follow):
- Feedback Summary Report - Provides a report of the current state of feedback, historic performance as well providing context of feedback by way of Custom Properties and Feedback Categories - See Section 4.5.2
- Feedback Tasks - Lists all Feedback Tasks - See Section 4.5.3
- Group Members - Lists all Items and Audience Groups along with their members - See Section 4.5.4
- Incomplete Tasks - Lists all Tasks within the system that are incomplete - See Section 4.5.5
- Invalid Links - Identify Items which have invalid links; with additional options to print and report - See Section 4.5.6
- Item Lifecycle Report - Lists all the tasks and their outcome carried out on an item that affect its status - See Section 4.5.7
- Item Owner - Lists the Item Ownerships Roles for all Items within the system - See Section 4.5.8
- Master Content Register - Lists items that are either withdrawn, released or in the process of being edited - See Section 4.5.9
- Risk Report - Lists all Risk identified - See Section 4.5.10
- Subscriber Tasks Report - Lists all of the Subscription Tasks for all individual Subscriber Actions - See Section 4.5.11
- Subscribers Tasks Report -Lists all Subscription Tasks within the system - See Section 4.5.12
The Reports are available from the Workspaces tab via the Reports Tab in the main screen as shown:
