4.4 Item Workflow Group

4.4.1 Introduction

An Item Workflow Group is a group which allows its Item members to follow a specific Life Cycle. This may be a change to allow Items normally following the Basic Life Cycle to follow an Advanced Life Cycle or the other way around.

It may also be used for items which belong to a specific department or part of an organisation to have their own settings.

Item workflow Groups also have a unique query assigned specifically to manage Item Workflow Groups.
