3.2.2.3 Enhance Change Request Action Search Results Using Properties Options 

 

To further enhance and focus searches for Change Request Actions within the AgilityMOC Module you can filter by Change Request Action Properties.The Properties can be applied as follows:

  • Action Types (drop down list depends on the action types defined in the Admin Suite)
  • Status
    • New
    • Action Owner Review
    • Initial Review
    • In Progress
    • Subscriber Review
    • Awaiting Close Out
    • Closed
    • Cancelled
  • Owners (drop down list of owners for Change Request Actions)

Run search with Properties applied

  1. Enter part or all of the title or number in the Number or Title field (if required)
  2. Select required parameters from the Properties
  3. Click the Magnifying Glass button
  4. Filtered results will be displayed
  5. To return to the overall Change Request Action Register click Reset.
