3.2.1.4 Enhance Change Request Search Results Using Advanced Properties 

 

To further enhance and focus searches for Change Requests within the Agility MOC Module you can filter by Change Request Advanced Properties.The AdvancedProperties can be applied depending on the Advanced Properties defined within AgilityBMS which are managed in the Admin Suite by System Administrators.

Run search with Advanced Properties applied

  1. Enter part or all of the title or number in the Number or Title field (if required)
  2. Select required parameters from the Advanced Properties
  3. Click the Magnifying Glass button
  4. Filtered results will be displayed
  5. To return to the overall Change Request Register click Reset.
