4.5.10 Risk Report

 

To open the Risk Report:

    1. Navigate to the Welcome Screen
    2. Click on the Reports Tab and select Risk Register
    3. The Risk Report is displayed

Risk Report Window


    1. There are a number of filtering options available for this report on the left hand side of the screen and these include::

      • Display Option; this includes
        • Advanced Property 1 - enables you to select any of the advanced properties
        • Advanced Property 2 - enables you to select any of the advanced properties
        • Group By - you can choose to first group the report by: Advanced Property 1, Advanced Property 2, Feedback Status, Feedback Category, Item Type
        • Then By - you can choose to secondly group the report by: Advanced Property 1, Advanced Property 2, Feedback Status, Feedback Category, Item Type
        • Sort Order - choose from the drop down list of fields to sort the report by order; this enables multiple fields to be selected
      • Filtering Options; this includes:
          • Item Status - All Available Statuses; Draft; Awaiting Review; Reviewed; Awaiting Approval; Approved; Released; Withdrawn (you can select individual or multiples)
          • Risk Modes - All Available Risk Modes; Risk Matrix; External URL; Risk Description (you can select individual or multiples)
          • Risk Mode Titles - All Available Risk Mode Titles; Risk Matrix Names as defined in the System Risk Settings (you can select individual or multiples)
          • Rating - All Available Ratings; Risk Rating Names as defined in the System Risk Settings (you can select individual or multiples)
        • Advanced Properties; this includes:
          • Select any advanced properties
        • Owner - select single or multiple persons who are owners
        • Date Options; this includes:
          • Filter on - None; Date Range; Date Raised; Acknowledgment Due Date; Completion Date
          • Period: 30 days; 60 days; 90 days, 120 days; 180 days; 365 days, Custom
          • From: Start Date for Custom
          • To: End Date form Custom


      1. Once you have defined all your filtering options select Run to run the report which will be displayed in the window on the right (you can also Reset the search parameters if required)


      1. Response Types - As defined within the System Risk Settings

     


                     7. There are a number of options available for this report from the icon toolbar (from left to right) and they are as follows

        • First Page - only available after page 1
        • Previous Page - only available after page 1
        • Page Number - you can enter the page number to navigate to the required page
        • Next Page
        • Last page
        • Back to Parent Report (not available for this report)
        • Stop Rendering - when there is a lot of information to process the report may take time to render; this button stops the rendering
        • Print - opens print window
        • Print Layout - toggles between Print Layout and Report Review options
        • Page Setup - enables you change page size, orientation and margins
        • Export - you can export the report to Excel, PDF or Word
        • Zoom - enables you to zoom in or out and this increase or decrease the size of the text on the screen
        • Find Text in Report - enables you enter text and search for it in the report
        • Find - associated to Find Text in Report
        • Next- associated to Find Text in Report
