Once created, all items in AgilityBMS can be set for periodic reviews. The purpose of these reviews is to ensure that Items are checked at regular intervals to ensure that they are still fit for purpose and match what actually happens..

Periodic Review can be used to:

• Edit Global Settings for Items
• Create a New Group of Items to have the same Periodic Review (this are related to the Item Work Groups in the system; See Section 4.4 for further details)
• View and Edit Groups of Items that have the same Periodic Review (this are related to the Item Work Groups in the system; See Section 4.4 for further details)

It should be noted that creating or editing the Periodic Review for an individual Item can be done:

During the creation on an Item - Refer to Section 4.1.4

After the Item has been created - Refer to Section 4.3.10

The Periodic Review can be managed via the Periodic Review Icon which is located in the Task Management section of the Workspaces Tab.
