2.1.5 Dashboard

 

Within a Management System, a Dashboard is an easy to read, single page, real-time interface, showing a graphical presentation of the current Status (snapshot) of the organization’s key performance indicators to enable instantaneous and informed decisions to be made at a glance.The current information presented includes numbers of the Processes and Documents (combined into My Document Responsibilities), a summary of the individual’s Tasks and  Feedback that an individual is involved with.

Once opened the Dashboard graphically displays the following information:



My Document Responsibilities


This lists the Items that you are involved in and provides the following options:


By clicking any of the Items listed in the table will open up the table of corresponding information as per the following example:




My Active Tasks

 

This lists the Tasks you are involved and provides the following options:




By clicking any of the Items listed in the table will open up the table of corresponding information as per the following example:




My Submitted Feedback

 

This lists the Items that you have Submitted Feedback for:

Other Options and Functionality


There are number of other options available on the Dashboard including:


Export -  By selecting the Export on any screen enables you export the displayed information to a number of sources, as shown:



Refresh -  This refreshes the information on the page.



Export to Data Feed - By selecting the Export to Data feed on any screen enables you export the displayed information to a Data Feed format.
