5.13.8 Control Costs 

 

Within Risk Controls  it is important to understand the cost for the control, therefore within Risk Management Functionality of AgilityBMS you can define a drop down lost of control costs. It should be noted that this functionality enables the organisation to define cost bands, rather than individual costs. The evaluation cost field will accept any entry including letters, numbers and characters.


To manage the Risk Control Costs:


    1. Navigate to the System Tab
    2. Click the Risk Settings Icon (warning message is displayed)

    1. Click OK (Risk Settings Warning Message Window is closed)

Add New Control Cost


    1. If you want to add a new Control Cost then click Add (the Title field at the bottom of the screen with now be blank)
    2. Enter the title of the Control Cost
    3. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).


Edit Control Cost


    1. If you want to edit a Control Cost then select the relevant item
    2. Edit the title of the Control Cost
    3. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).


Change Order of Control Cost


    1. You can change the order of that the Control Costs appear in by clicking the Move Up or Move Down buttons.
    2. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).


Delete a Control Cost


    1. You can delete an Control Cost if you do not require (not it can only be deleted if its not in use on Risk Evaluations)
    2. Click Delete button
    3. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).
