Within Risk Evaluations it is important to understand the source of the risk, therefore within Risk Management Functionality of AgilityBMS you can define a drop down lost of source types.

To manage the Risk Evaluation Sources:

Risk Settings Warning Message

3. Click OK (Risk Settings Warning Message Window is closed)



Risk Settings Evaluation Sources Window




Add New Evaluation Source




1. If you want to add a new Evaluation Source then click Add (the Title field at the bottom of the screen with now be blank)
   
2. Enter the title of the Evaluation Source
   
3. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).
   




Edit Evaluation Source




1. If you want to edit an Evaluation Source then select the relevant source
2. Edit the title of the Evaluation Source
3. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).



Change Order of Evaluation Sources




1. You can change the order of that the Evaluation Sources appear in by clicking the Move Up or Move Down buttons.
2. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).



Delete a Risk Evaluation Source




1. You can delete an Evaluation Source if you do not require (not it can only be deleted if its not in use on Risk Evaluations)
2. Click Delete button
3. Click Save (if your still need to make further changes to Risk Settings) or Save or Save and Close (if your finished making changes).
