5.6.4 Manage Process Map Options

 

Supporting Info Print Location – This determines where Activity Supporting information will be printed.


Viewer Actioner Mode – This determines how the Actioners are displayed in process maps.


Render Mode – As above this determines how the Process maps are rendered in the User Suite.


To manage Process Map Options:

    1. Navigate to the System Tab
    2. Click the System Options icon (System Options window is displayed, general options tab is opened by default)
    3. Click Process Map Options tab

    1. There are various options with regards to how the process Map prints as a PDF; these include:
      • The Supporting Information for Process Map Activities can be printed under each activity or group together at the end of the Process Map
      • The Process Map Legend can be printed at the start or the end of the Process Map.
      • You can define if you wasn't the Process Map swmilanes to start on a new page so that the summary information is shown on the first pages.
    1. View/Edit Viewer Actioner Mode (by default the Classic View is selected)
    2. View/Edit Render Mode (by default AgilityBMS Render is selected)
    3. Click OK.
