5.3.2 Create Item Roles

 

To create Item Role:

    1. Navigate to the System Tab
    2. Click the Item Roles icon (Item Roles window appears)

    1. Click Add (Item Role window appears)
    2. Specify Title
    3. Specify Description

Item Role Details


    1. Click OK
    2. Specify Item Role type specific settings

      • if required select Item Type
      • if required select Is Mandatory
      • if required select Is Multi-Valued

    1. Click OK

Fully Completed Item Role


Note that if new Item Role is created, none of the already existing Items in the system will be affected by this Role, unless revised.
