5.2.3 Manage Advanced Properties

To manage Advanced Properties:

1. Navigate to the System Tab
2. Click the Advanced Properties icon (Advanced Properties window appears)

3. Select Advanced Property Heading
4. View/Edit Title and Description
5. Click Move Up (position of the heading changes)
6. Click Mode Down (position of the heading changes)
7. Click Delete (heading is deleted  with all items) Note that it is only possible to delete an Advanced Property where no AgilityBMS Items are associated with this property or its items.
8. If you do not want to use the Advanced Property in the future then click Deactivated.  This will effectively mean that an Administrator cannot add this Advanced Property to an Item; however existing Items that use the Advanced Property will retain it
9. Select Advanced Property item
10. View/Edit Title and Description
11. Click Move Up (position of the item changes)
12. Click Mode Down (position of the item changes)
13. Click Delete (item is deleted  with all items)
14. If you do not want to use the Advanced Property Item n the future then click Deactivated. This will effectively mean that an Administrator cannot add this Advanced Property Item to an Item; however existing Items that use the Advanced Property will retain it
15. Click OK.
