4.6.2 Create System Navigator
To create System Navigator:
- Navigate to the Workspaces Tab
- Click on the System Explorer Manager icon (System Navigators window appears)

- Click New Navigator

- Specify Title
- Specify Description
- Select Structure
- Click Add Section (Section Window appears)

- Select the previously added Section, you can continue to add Sub-Sections under the Main Section folder (there is no limit to hierarchy of sections and sub-sections)
- Click Add Item (new query window is opened)

Note you can only add items to the lowest level section folder.
- Specify Search Criteria
- Click Search
- Select required Items
- Click Select (Items are added to the section)

- Click Add URL to enable a Dynamic URL to be added (Please Select a URL window is opened)

- Select the previously added Section
- Right-Click section (navigator menu appears)
- Select Add Header

- Specify Header Description
- Select Header
- Click Add Item
- Specify Search Criteria
- Click Search
- Select required Items
- Click Select (items are added to the header)

- Click Save or Save and Check In

- Click Close to return to main Navigator window
- Click Refresh in System Navigators Toolbar
- Highlight required Navigator
- Click Release
Note that only released items will be accessible through the system navigator in the User Suite.
