Chapter 2: AgilityBMS User Suite
2.1 Introduction
The AgilityBMS User Suite is web based, it can be accessed as a normal website and it is available for everyone within the organisation to use. Its user interface and functionality ensures ease of use and focus on the delivery of information to the user in a simplified and easy to understand manner.
This section will help you learn about the AgilityBMS User Suite features, controls and much more, including:
- View your Roles and Responsibilities and related processes
- Start browsing through Items in different section from the Home Page
- View and carry out your Tasks and view related Items
- Search or use an Overview diagram to locate items
- Add Items to your Favourite Documents to allow for quick location.
Note that based on the System Settings specified by the System Administrator your User Suite may look different and features may differ as the various buttons, tabs and functionality can be switched on/off.
