The Master Content Register Report is designed to give Administrators an overview of the latest revision of items within the system. Filters can be used to refine results to a specific subset.


  • Unlike the User Suite Quick Search and Advanced Search functionality, the Master Content Register Report will return the latest revision for items at all statuses – not just Released versions
  • Administrators can configure what fields will display on the report
  • If the latest revision is in the process of being edited/in progress (Draft/Awaiting Review etc…) rather that Released/Withdrawn, then the previous revision details are also presented as a separate line, therefore some Items will have multiple entries


To access:


  1. In the User Suite, use the menu on the left to navigate to the Modules area
  2. Once in Modules, click on Reports 
  3. Click on Master Content Register
