The Administrator Dashboard provides Administrators with a view on both the active content in the system and their related tasks. The charts act as a quick visual representation of system activity and can be clicked on to drill down into the supporting detail.


To access:

  1. in the User Suite, use the menu on the left to navigate to the Modules area
  2. Once in Modules, click on Reports
  3. Click on Administrator Dashboard


The Admin Dashboard is comprised of the following five sub-reports:

  1. Current Active Items – displays the count of Process Maps and Documents in the various stages of the item lifecycle
  2. Reviews and Approvals – displays the count of all active Review and Approval Tasks  within the System 
  3. Periodic Reviews– displays the count of all active Periodic Review Tasks within the System
    • NB: Open Action Required Periodic Review Tasks are captured within the Overdue and In Progress Statuses
  4. Feedback – displays the count of all active Feedback Tasks within the System
  5. Completed Tasks – displays the count of all Completed Tasks within the time frame specified
