The Administrator Dashboard provides Administrators with a view on both the active content in the system and their related tasks. The charts act as a quick visual representation of system activity and can be clicked on to drill down into the supporting detail.
To access:
- in the User Suite, use the menu on the left to navigate to the Modules area
- Once in Modules, click on Reports
- Click on Administrator Dashboard
The Admin Dashboard is comprised of the following five sub-reports:
- Current Active Items – displays the count of Process Maps and Documents in the various stages of the item lifecycle
- Reviews and Approvals – displays the count of all active Review and Approval Tasks within the System
- Periodic Reviews– displays the count of all active Periodic Review Tasks within the System
- NB: Open Action Required Periodic Review Tasks are captured within the Overdue and In Progress Statuses
- Feedback – displays the count of all active Feedback Tasks within the System
- Completed Tasks – displays the count of all Completed Tasks within the time frame specified
