The User Dashboard provides Users with a tailored view of all their responsibilities in the system and their related tasks. The charts act as a quick visual representation of User activity and can be clicked on to drill down into the supporting detail.

Unless your configuration is different, the User Dashboard can be accessed in the User Suite by clicking on the Dashboard icon in the menu on the left hand side.


NB: If a different Report or Dashboard opens, go to the Menu within the User Suite and navigate to Modules, then Reports, then User Dashboard.


The User Dashboard is comprised of the following five sub-reports:

  1. Document Responsibilities - displays a count for the items where the User is an Item Role Holder
  2. Reviews & Approvals – shows the active Review or Approval tasks associated with the user divided into where the user needs to action and where the task is for information purposes
  3. Periodic Reviews - shows the active Periodic Review tasks associated with the user divided into where the user needs to action and where the task is for information purposes
  4. Feedback - show the Feedback tasks associated with the user divided into where the user needs to action, where the task is for information purposes, and where the User submitted feedback
  5. Subscriptions - show the active Subscription tasks by acknowledgement status
