2.8.2 Search Feedback
Any submitted Feedback, items related to the Feedback and the final outcome can be viewed in the User Suite with the use of the Search Feedback screen.
The Search Feedback option is configurable and may not be available based on the settings specified by the System Administrator.
To Search Feedback:
- Navigate to Main Menu (top of the screen)
- Hover over the Search Feedback button (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click on the Search Feedback Label (if available)

- The default screen is My Feedback which details the feedback you are or have been involved with.
My Feedback
- Select required Item
- Right-click on the Item (drop down menu is displayed)
- Click View Feedback
- Alternatively after Step 6, click the View Feedback label.

Feedback Search Criteria:
- Select Feedback Search
- Define Feedback Options; including Reference, Comment, Category, Status
- Define Item Options; you can define what type of Item Types you want to search for Feedback
- Enter all or part of the Title and/or Number
- Enter a Word or Phrase that the Item contains; if required
- Define Date Options; Date Created, Date Due or Date Closed Out
- Define Date Parameters; Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 120 Days, Last 180 Days, Last Year, Custom Date Range
- Define Advanced Properties if required
- Search
- Once you have found the Feedback record needed then it can be viewed by selecting View Feedback to open the Feedback record. It will also open if you were to double click on it.
You can reset all Search parameters by clicking the Reset Button.
You can also use the text fields at the top of each column in the Search Results grid to enter text to search for.
Lastly, you can also export the Feedback Results grid to a CSV file which can be viewed and edited in Microsoft Excel.
