2.3.2 Manage Process Map

 

To View a Process Map:


  1. Locate the required Process Map (Search, Main Menu, Navigator, Overview)
  2. Select the Process Map from the results list
  3. Right-click on the Process Map (drop down menu is displayed)
  4. Click View Item
  5. Alternatively after step 2, click the View Item Label from Items grid or double click the Item.

To View Item Details:

 

  1. Right-click on the Process Map (drop down menu is displayed)
  2. Click View Item
  3. Click on the Item Details tab
  4. Alternatively, select the Process Map and click the View Item label from menu at the top of results grid and then click the Item Details tab.

To View Process Map Supporting Information:

 

  1. Right-click on the Process Map (drop down menu is displayed)
  2. Click View Item
  3. Click on the Map Supporting Info tab
  4. Alternatively, select the Process Map and click the View Item label from menu at the top of results grid and then click the Map Supporting Info tab.

To View Item History:


  1. Right-click on the Process Map (drop down menu is displayed)
  2. Click View Item
  3. Click on the Item History Info tab
  4. Alternatively, select the Process Map and click the View Item label from menu at the top of results grid and then click the Item History tab.

To View Item Feedback History:


  1. Right-click on the Process Map (drop down menu is displayed)
  2. Click View Item
  3. Click on the Item Feedback History tab
  4. Alternatively, select the Process Map and click the View Item label from menu at the top of results grid and then click the Feedback History tab.

Process Map Legend:


  1. Right-click on the Item (drop down menu is displayed)
  2. Click View Item
  3. Click on the Legend Icon (top right corner).
  4. Alternatively, select the Process Map and click the View Item label from menu at the top of results grid and then click on the Legend Icon (top right corner).

Printing Process Map to PDF:


When printing a Process Map from the browser, the Process Map is always printed into a PDF file.


  1. Click the PDF Icon on the toolbar on the top right hand corner
  2. A PDF version will be created which will then enable you to either open it in a PDF viewer/editor package or it can be saved locally.



Add the Process Map to your My Documents:


When adding a Process Map to your My Documents it will appear in the list of your My Documents.


  1. Click the Add to My Documents icon on the toolbar in the top right hand corner.



Submit Item Feedback for a Process Map:


You can submit Feedback about the Item as follows


  1. Click the Feedback icon on the toolbar in the top right hand corner.
