3.4.2 Change Request Action - Action Owner Review
New Change Request Actions are subject to Action Owner Review by a Change Request Action Owner. Change Request Action Owners are informed of New Change Request Actions requiring Action Owner Review by Email notification and in their My Tasks. Action Owner Review of a New Change Request Action:
- The Action Owner Review can be commenced by either of the following:
- Option 1: From My Tasks
- Click My Tasks
- Click the relevant Change Request Action Number on the My Tasks Screen (the Status shows which Tasks are Action Owner Review) and the Change Request Action will be opened
- Option 2: From Change Request Action Register Screen
- Click the relevant Change Request Action Number and the Change Request Action will be opened
- Option 3: From Change Request Screen
- Navigate to the bottom of the Change Request Screen to the Implementation summary table
- Click the relevant Change Request Action Number and the Change Request Action will be opened
- The Change Request Action is opened showing the workflow status at the Action Owner Review stage with the available options
- If after reviewing the Change Request Action you feel that you are not the correct ActionOwner then the Change Request Action can be Re-Assigned to another Action Owner (you must be an AgilityBMS System Administrator with Override and Management of Change Module privileges)
- Select Re-assign Action Owner button and the Re-assign Action Owner window opens
- Select from the drop down list against New and select another Action Owner
- Click Save; your Task for the Change Request Action will be removed and the new Action Owner allocated the task and email
- The Change Request Action can be edited (any fields apart from: Number and Status)
- Upon completion of editing the Change Request Action press Save (any changes made to the Change Request Action are captured in the History; refer to Section 3.5)
- The Change Request Action can be sent to Initial Review but clicking the Send for Action Initial Review which will open the Send for Action Initial Review window
- Click Add to choose the Additional Reviewers
- The Add Additional Reviewers Window is opened
- Select the required Persons
- Filtering Options can be applied to multiple columns if required.
- Select the required column and click the filter button
- Select required parameters from the filtering options available
- Click the Filter button
- Filtered results will be displayed.
- Once your selection have been made click Add Selected Agility Items
- Define the Due Date (the default is based on the Task Settings defined in the MOC Module Admin Settings) – Note the Due Date cannot be after the Target Close Out for the Change Request or the Target Close Out for the Change Request Action
- Define the setting for Issue Reminder
- Define the settings for Repeat Reminders
- Click OK
- The Change Request Action will move to the Initial Review stage and the Additional Reviewers will be allocated a Task and Emailed a notification.
