3.2.1.5 Filter Change Request Register

 

To further enhance and focus searches for Change Request Actions within the AgilityMOC Module you can apply filters to each column on the Change Request Action Register.The Filtering Options can be applied as follows to any column on the Change Request Action Register and have the following options:

  • Show Items with value that:
    • Is equal to
    • In not equal to
    • Starts with
    • Contains
    • Does not contain
    • Ends with
  • Text field:
    • And
    • Or
  • Text field:
    • Is equal to
    • In not equal to
    • Starts with
    • Contains
    • Does not contain
    • Ends with
  • Filter Button
  • Clear Button

Run search with Filtering Options applied

  1. Enter part or all of the title or number in the Number or Title field (if required)
  2. Select the required column and click the filter button

  3. Select required parameters from the filtering options available
  4. Click the Filter button
  5. Filtered results will be displayed
  6. To return to the overall Change Request Action Register click Reset.
