2.9 Coordinators

 

The Coordinators enables the drop down list displayed in the MOC Module for the names of the Coordinators to be defined. There is no limit to the number of Coordinators that be entered; however, it should be noted that the drop down list needs to be usable therefore careful consideration to the number of Coordinators needs to be taken into account.


In addition Coordinators can be disabled from being presented in the drop down list.


The MOC Module settings are only available to System Administrators with MOC Module Privileges.


To manage Coordinators:


  1. Navigate to the Modules Tab
  2. Click the MOC Settings icon (warning message is displayed)

To manage Coordinators:

  1. Select Add

  2. If you know the name of the Coordinator you wish to add, then either enter their Forename or Surname and select Search otherwise select Search to display all Persons in the system
  3. Select the Person

  4. Press Select, the Person is now added as a Coordinator

  5. If further Coordinators are to be added then repeat steps 1-4
  6. To deactivate an existing Coordinator the select the appropriate Coordinator
  7. Select Deactivate
  8. An Coordinator can be deleted from the list; however, this can be done if the Coordinator has not been used
  9. To delete an Coordinator select the appropriate Coordinator and press Delete
  10. Select Save if you are making more MOC Module settings changes
  11. Select Save and Close if you finished making MOC Module settings changes
  12. Select Cancel to exit without saving.
