4.1.3 Item: Groups Tab 

 

After you have created and saved a new Item you can add the Item to a Group.


It should be noted that an Item Groups can have the following Item Types added:

  • Document
  • Process Map
  • Overview
  • Risk Matrix
  • Risk Evaluation
  • Risk Hazard
  • Risk Control
  • Risk Evidence
  • Glossary


The following Item Types can be added to an Audience Group:

  • Role
  • Person


  1. You can now add the Item to a Group. Click the Groups Tab.

     2.  Click the Add To Groups button and the Select from Available Groups window is opened

     3.  Where there is a large number of Groups the filter field can be used to find the Group required.

     4.  Select the Group that you require to add the Item to; note you can add the item to multiple Groups.

     5.  Click OK.
