5.3 Item Roles

5.3.1 Introduction

Item Roles are assigned to AgilityBMS items where it is possible to specify which Users, Roles or Groups are responsible actioners for specific tasks. Once an Item Role is created it is not possible to delete it for audition purposes.

When Item Roles are created it is possible to configure in which Items the Item Role is going to be used, it if will be necessary for the Document or System Administrators to assign this Item Role to specific Users, Roles or Groups and if it will be possible to select more than one user for the same Item Role.
