5.2 Advanced Properties

5.2.1 Introduction

Advanced Properties are used to categorise and filter information when creating and uploading Items and to maximize the search criteria selection in both Admin and User Suite.

Populated Advanced Properties

Advanced Properties can be multivalued (more than one selection can be made) and a configuration between User and Admin Suite can be made (some Advanced Properties might not be visible in the User Suite).

The structure of Advanced Properties can be changed, based on client’s preferences.
