4.4.2 Create Item Workflow Group
To create an Item Workflow Group:
- Navigate to the Workspaces Tab
- Click on the New Item Workflow Group icon (New Workflow Group window appears)
Workflow Groups Functionality from Workspaces Toolbar
New Item Workflow Groups Window
- Enter Title
- Specify Description
- Add item(s)
- Click the Add Item button (new query window is opened)
- Specify Search Criteria
- Click Search
- Select Required Items
- Click Select (items are added to the Members section)
Fully Completed Item Workflow Group General Properties
- Click the Group Settings tab
- Specify Item Workflow Settings
- Advanced Workflow Settings (refer to Section 5.4 Item Workflow Settings for further guidance on defining Advanced Workflow Settings)
- Specify Review
- Specify Approve
- Specify Release
- Specify Periodic Review
- Specify Subscription
- Specify Feedback
- Basic Workflow Settings (refer to Section 5.4 Item Workflow Settings for further guidance on defining Advanced Workflow Settings)
- Specify Periodic Review
- Specify Subscription Check
- Specify Feedback
- Click Save.
