4.4.2 Create Item Workflow Group

 

To create an Item Workflow Group:


    1. Navigate to the Workspaces Tab
    2. Click on the New Item Workflow Group icon (New Workflow Group window appears)

    1. Enter Title
    2. Specify Description
    3. Add item(s)

      • Click the Add Item button (new query window is opened)
      • Specify Search Criteria
      • Click Search
      • Select Required Items
      • Click Select (items are added to the Members section)


Note that multiple items can be added from the new query at the same time


Fully Completed Item Workflow Group General Properties


    1. Click the Group Settings tab
    2. Specify Item Workflow Settings

      • Advanced Workflow Settings (refer to Section 5.4 Item Workflow Settings for further guidance on defining Advanced Workflow Settings)
        • Specify Review
        • Specify Approve
        • Specify Release
        • Specify Periodic Review
        • Specify Subscription
        • Specify Feedback
      • Basic Workflow Settings (refer to Section 5.4 Item Workflow Settings for further guidance on defining Advanced Workflow Settings)
        • Specify Periodic Review
        • Specify Subscription Check
        • Specify Feedback

    1. Click Save.
