4.3 Task Management

4.3.1 Introduction

The life cycle is a process of controlling and maintaining the quality of information held within the AgilityBMS system. The Advanced Lifecycle allows for Review and Approval of Items before they are Released and available to all Users. The Basic Lifecycle allows Releasing Items straight after creation.

Item Lifecycle Workflow

AgilityBMS supports the following Task Types:

• Review
• Approval
• Periodic Review
• Subscription Check
• Feedback.

AgilityBMS Item Workflows:

• Basic
  • Draft – Item version is only available in the Admin Suite to the Administrators
  • Release – Item version is available to all Users in the Admin Suite and User Suite
  • Revise – By Revising an Item, a new Revision of the Item with a Status of Draft will be created while a Released version will remain available to the Users
  • Withdraw  – By Withdrawing the Item, it will no longer be available in the User Suite
  • Restore – Withdrawn Item can be Restored to its Released version.

• Advanced
  • Draft – Item version is only available in the Admin Suite to the Administrators
  • Awaiting Review – Item is Awaiting Review from Actioners
  • Reviewed – Item has been Reviewed by Actioners
  • Awaiting Approval – Item is awaiting Approval from Actioners
  • Approved – Item has been Approved by Actioners
  • Release – Item version is available to all Users in both the Admin Suite and User Suite
  • Revise – By Revising an Item, a new Revision of the Item with a Status of Draft will be created while a Released version will remain available to the Users
  • Withdraw – By Withdrawing the Item, it will no longer be available in the User Suite
  • Restore – Withdrawn Item can be Restored to its Released version.
