Admin Suite error message - Login exists for this username but it has been deactivated and automatic licence reactivation is disabled or denied:




Solution:

    1. Open the Agility Admin Suite (please note: you will require System Administrator privileges to make the necessary changes).
    2. Click on the System tab and select the Login Manager and then Manage Logins.
    3. Search for the Login which you would like to edit.
    4. Select the Login and select Activate.
