Admin Suite error message - Login does not have the necessary privileges to access this client:



Solution:

    1. Open the Agility Admin Suite (please note: you will require System Administrator privileges to make the necessary changes).
    2. Click on the System tab and select the Login Manager and then Manage Logins.
    3. Search for the Login which you would like to edit.
    4. Select the Login and change the System Role to either Document Administrator or System Administrator. You can also add the Document Control Override privilege.
    5. Click Save to save the changes.
