Admin Suite error message - Login does not have the necessary privileges to access this client:
Solution:
- Open the Agility Admin Suite (please note: you will require System Administrator privileges to make the necessary changes).
- Click on the System tab and select the Login Manager and then Manage Logins.
- Search for the Login which you would like to edit.
- Select the Login and change the System Role to either Document Administrator or System Administrator. You can also add the Document Control Override privilege.
- Click Save to save the changes.
