User Suite error message - To evaluate issues with Person Items or Person Items not assigned to a Login, a way to test this in the User Suite is to go to the My Tasks page and it will look blank:





Admin Suite error message - Unable to find an Agility Item for the Login, please contact your Agility Administrator who can configure your account:




Solution (if Person Item for the user already exists):


    1. Open the Agility Admin Suite.
    2. Open a New Query.
    3. Search for the users Person Item.
    4. Select the Person Item and click the Detail tab.
    5. Check that there is a Login attached. If there is not, Check Out the Person and click the search button (magnifying glass) and search for the Login.
    6. Select the Login and click Select. Click Save to make the changes and then Check In the Person.
    7. Check that this Person is set to a Released Status. If it is not then select the Person, right click and select Action Items, select Release and then Action.

Solution (if Person Item does not yet exist):


    1. Open the Agility Admin Suite.
    2. In the Workspaces tab, select New Person
    3. Click the Detail tab.
    4. Click the search button (magnifying glass) and search for the Login that you would like to create the Person for.
    5. Select the Login and click Select. It will ask "Do you wish to update this record with the details from the Login?". Click Yes and this will populate the information from the details from the Login.
    6. Save and Check In this Person to create it.
    7. Open a New Query and search for the Person that you have created.
    8. Select the Person, right click and select Action Items, select Release and then Action.
