User Suite error message - There is a problem with your access to the Agility User Suite. Please contact your Agility Administrator:

 

 

Admin Suite error message - No Login exists for the Username and automatic license creation is disabled or denied:




Solution:

    1. Open the Agility Admin Suite (please note: you will require System Administrator privileges to make the necessary changes).
    2. Click Login Manager.
    3. Click Add New Logins.
    4. Search for the Username which you would like to grant access to the system and click Search.
    5. Select the Login and grant the permissions you would like to set for this Login and make sure the Activated box is selected.
    6. Select the Mapping tab and check the selection "Create a new Person using information from Active Directory".
    7. Click the Save button to save the changes.
    8. Open a New Query and search for the new user you have created. Select Where Item Type is: Person.
    9. Ensure that the Person is Released, if the Person is still in a Draft, select the Person and select Check Out.
    10. Click the Detail tab and ensure that there is an Email address assigned. If there has not already been one assigned, type in this users Email address and click Save to make the changes.
    11. Check In the Person and then right click and select Release and finally click Action to set this Person to a Released Status.
