3.2.6 Share MOC Search Results

 

After defining the search parameters for the Change Request Register or the Change Request Action Register the results can be shared with other Users. This is achieved by the system emailing a link to selected Users.


To Share Data:


Once the data is sorted and grouped according to the requirements the results list can then be shared.


  1. Click Share button

  2. An Email Search Results Page is opened

  3. Click Add Contact button

  4. You can select the Users you wish to share the information with by selecting the tick boxes, or you can use the filtering options to find a particular person (see end of this section for details on filtering
  5. Click Add Selected Agility Items and the Email Search Results Window opens displaying the names of the people the email will be sent to

  6. Click Send and the Users will be emailed a link.




To Filter Users:


To further enhance and provide an easier way to find people you wish to share the results with the Filtering Options can be applied as follows to any column on the Add Contacts Page and have the following options:


  • Show Items with value that:
    • Is equal to
    • In not equal to
    • Starts with
    • Contains
    • Does not contain
    • Ends with
  • Text field
    • And
    • Or
  • Text field
    • Is equal to
    • In not equal to
    • Starts with
    • Contains
    • Does not contain
    • Ends with
  • Filter Button
  • Clear Button

Filtering Options can be applied to multiple columns if required.


Run search with Filtering Options applied


  1. Select the required column and click the filter button

  2. Select required parameters from the filtering options available
  3. Click the Filter button
  4. Filtered results will be displayed.
